The First and Last Bistro
Personally run by Karen and her Chef husband Tony, the small and intimate First and Last Bistro in Ermington is one of the treasures of the South Hams.
Tony keeps a sharp eye out for the best in local produce to provide a varied and exciting fixed-price menu, which is complemented by an excellent wine list.
A special mid-week menus is also available oin Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Such is the appeal of the First and Last, that it has a strong local following as well as customers who travel many miles to enjoy a relaxed evening or Sunday lunch with superb food.
It does get busy, particularly at weekends, so it's very advisable to book in advance.
