Welcome to Modbury, a heritage market town that is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

ABOUT US

The Modbury Tourist Information Centre was established in the town in 1982.

It has been ascribed the status of a Local Centre by its District Council, the South Hams District Council (SHDC).

Because Modbury is a Local Centre, its Information Centre (MIC), is also formally acknowledged as a Tourist Information Centre on Ordinance Survey maps and is entitled to use the internationally recognised tourist office sign.
